Information Guide
Head shots are $175 plus tax and includes up to 30 minutes in studio or on location shooting, high resolution edited photographs, password protected online gallery download and 1 retouched portrait.
In studio and on location destinations are available. It is $.56 per mile for any locations 30 minutes outside of the West Des Moines area. My studio is located in the Historic Valley Junction in West Des Moines.
How will we receive our photographs?
Your gallery will be ready in 10 business days or less and you will receive your invitation from Pixieset.com where you can download all your edited photographs, share your gallery, and make print orders. Galleries expire after 2 weeks, so please always make sure to download your gallery right away and back up your images. A re-upload fee is available for $20. You can select your favorite portrait to be retouched, or inform me with the file number. The retouched portrait(s) will be uploaded to your online gallery.
Booking your session
After we decide a date and time for your session, you will be invoiced through Square for the total amount. A session is not marked on my calendar until the invoiced has been completed.
Time is precious for natural lighting sessions. If you are running behind and will be arriving late to your session, 1) Please let me know right away so we can plan our options, 2) you loose that amount of time you are late for in your own session or may be pushed to a later time due to other sessions, and 3) we may have to rescheduled for another date.
Cancelation/reschedule: Due to weather / act of God / or any conflicts that interfere with our session, we will reschedule to a new date. All sales are final.
