The average turnaround time to receive photos is 3-4 weeks. Peak times (September-November) may increase the turnaround time up to 4-5 weeks. Editing and Style: Cherry Chiles Photography, LLC will edit all the images you will receive. Consistent work and workflow is important to the business brand and integrity of Cherry’s work. The editing style will not be compromised for the client’s personal preference. By checking the box, you are entrusting Cherry Chiles Photography, LLC to edit your images in consistency of the work displayed on the website and social media. Copyrights Cherry Chiles Photography, LLC owns the copyright to all images. It is illegal to edit or add filters- by doing so; you are devaluing Cherry’s work as an artist. Client(s) understand that the images may be used on websites, marketing purposes and social media. Client(s) may discuss with Cherry Chiles which image(s) they would like to share. Liability: If some unforeseen event happens and Cherry Chiles Photography, LLC is unable to perform the session for any reason including, but not limited to illness, injury, technical problems or acts of God, Cherry Chiles Photography, LLC will make every effort to reschedule the session, find a suitable client-approved replacement or shall refund client all monies paid and Cherry Chiles Photography shall have no further liability with respect to this agreement. In the unlikely event that client(s) were to lose valuables, sustain damage to personal property or to their physical person(s) during the session the client agrees to not hold the Photographer responsible. Client fully understand to not edit or add filters to delivered images.
